Specification
• Hold a full driving licence
• Be polite & presentable
• Good telephone manner
• Computer literate
Tasks would include:
• Answering & transferring phone calls
• Dealing with and signing in clients and customers
• Preparing meeting rooms and organising lunches
• Sorting post
• Office filing
• General office support
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
Pay rate: £12.22 - £13.00p/h depending on experience.
