Every lecture, seminar, and room booking depends on the work our team delivers, and these roles are key to making that happen. As a Timetabling Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for students, academics, and professional services colleagues seeking support with timetabling queries and room bookings. You'll work within established processes while building real expertise in our systems and services, and you'll play an essential part in a team that are quality driven. This is a part-time role (21.75 hours) and will be offered on a fixed term contract for a period of 18 months. Work typically takes place Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, with a blend of on-campus team and remote working.
