You will provide a PA service to the Headteacher, including diary management, supporting the Senior Leadership Team, managing HR administration and dealing with enquiries from a range of individuals and agencies. Your duties will include: line management of the Front Office Administrative Team providing administrative support to Teaching staff maintaining and creating up to date files for the pupils in school providing administrative support for school trips, clubs and other activities overseeing incoming communications (telephone, email and post), ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and directed appropriately. managing and improving front office systems and processes to ensure an efficient, welcoming and professional service. maintaining staff attendance records assisting in preparation, editing and distribution of school newsletters and brochures finance administration reception cover. The Bridge School is a popular school educating children and young people between the ages of 3 - 16 who have a wide range of communication, physical, and profound and multiple learning difficulties. Many of the pupils are on the Autistic Spectrum. The school serves a catchment area that covers Ipswich and surrounding areas of Suffolk.
