Social Media & Community Lead

Moasure is a technology company with a unique and innovative product. With a focus on innovation and excellence, we are changing the way many industries measure in their day-to-day business. We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Lead to own and scale our organic social presence—building brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and making Moasure the go-to name in our industries. In this role, you’ll develop and execute the social strategy that blends video-first content, platform growth tactics, and community-building. You’ll be able to shape Moasure’s brand voice across multiple platforms, create engaging content, and turn our social media channels into a key driver of brand awareness and product demand. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of growing organic social channels, a deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, and the ability to align social content and community activity with broader business goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Develop and execute a platform-specific organic social strategy that aligns with our goals, brand positioning and audience insights. Balancing creative storytelling with performance driven outcomes.
* Create, publish and optimise content that drives engagement and is tailored to the behaviours and expectations of our target audiences across our channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
* Create versatile content assets, including videos, graphics, and thumbnails, designed for high-impact storytelling and effective repurposing across platforms and campaigns.
* Continuously research and test new content formats, trends and platform features to drive audience growth, increase reach and engagement with our target audience, and share insights with the wider team.
* Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, managing DMs, and fostering meaningful relationships with professionals in our industry. Own and scale our Facebook Group, creating a hub for discussion and connection.
* Partner with other teams to develop organic social strategies that support lead generation, webinars, and other key marketing initiatives.
* Track and report on performance metrics to provide actionable insights to refine future strategies.
* Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarks to identify opportunities.
* Collaborate with the wider team to align organic strategies with other marketing efforts and work with customer support to address community feedback and improve overall brand sentiment.
* Share insights and learnings from social media efforts with other departments to support broader marketing strategies and enhance brand development.

Required Skills:

* 3+ years of experience managing organic social media and community engagement, ideally within an e-commerce or multi-market environment.
* Proven ability to create engaging, on-brand content across multiple platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
* Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices, trends and audience behaviours.
* Experience with community management, including responding to comments, engaging with groups, and building relationships.
* Familiarity with social media tracking and analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions and optimise content.
* Ability to analyse performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Proven ability to maintain and adapt brand voice and tone across diverse platforms and audiences.
* Excellent copywriting skills, crafting compelling copy for posts and responses.
* Proficiency in social media management and design tools for content creation.
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all published content.
* Organisational skills to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee community feedback.
* Experience adapting content strategies to resonate with audiences in different regions or markets, ensuring cultural relevance and sensitivity.
