The Role
Sportsbook Insights are looking for self-motivated, curious-minded and organised Junior Insights Analyst to deep dive into our data to identify trends and opportunities to improve the product.
The successful candidate will be expected to independently take on the majority of the reporting function of the team across Trading, Commercial, Product, Sport Ops and Customer Service, along with any investigations into fluctuations in core business metrics and the maintenance of those metrics.

Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose why core business KPIs across different departments are fluctuating by deep diving into the data using a multitude of analytical tools including SQL and Tableau.
* Deliver actionable insights to support Sportsbook business area.
* Responsible for the maintenance and development of the suite of reports used by operational teams across the business.
* Build Tableau reports from scratch to support ad hoc requests from the business.
* Translate business questions into measurable data points and metrics.
* Use the models built and maintained by the team to enhance analysis.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Used Excel or SQL to work with data to solve business problems.
* Experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
* Interest in sport and/or the gambling industry.
* Mathematically or logically minded.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Confident communicating with and presenting findings to stakeholders.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Willingess to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
* Comfortable working independently.
* Able to prioritise work according to value to the business.
