An Introduction to the Naviam Graduate Scheme
Spanning 18 months, the Naviam Graduate Scheme gives individuals the opportunity to experience working for an industry-leading EAM practice. Throughout the scheme you will work in various teams on a range of interesting projects. The scheme includes multiple rotations into different departments and a buddy mechanism to ensure you have the support needed to flourish in your role.
Upon successful completion of the graduate scheme, you will be eligible to apply for permanent roles within the organization. Previous graduates are now employed in roles ranging from Information Security to Technical Development.
Main Purpose
Technical graduates contribute to the development and delivery of technical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Specific Responsibilities
Responsibilities
You will gain exposure to multiple areas of the business and learn about the products we sell. You will also support colleagues and customers in building solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities are expected to include:
* Learn about the Naviam product portfolio.
* Design software solutions to meet specifications.
* Contribute to bug fixes and product enhancements.
* Write and execute test scripts.
* Provide content for functional and technical documentation.
* Spend time in other areas of the business.
* Attend demos and assist with sales queries.
* Share expertise and support peers.
* Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated graduate with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to build a career in technical service delivery, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and technology consulting. You will be eager to learn, adaptable, and possess strong interpersonal skills that enable you to work effectively with clients and internal teams alike.
Skills & Personal Qualities – Required
* Bachelor’s degree related to Information Systems, Business, or Computing.
* Strong interest in enterprise software, asset management, or IT service delivery.
* Interest in developing AI solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Skills & Personal Qualities – Desired
* Internship or work placement in a technology or consulting environment.
* Familiarity with IBM Maximo or other EAM/CMMS platforms.
* Experience deploying AI-based solutions (NLP/ML).
* Experience working with cloud-based AI services on Azure, AWS, or IBM.
