Multiskilled Engineer Location: London Zones 1 & 2 Salary: Up to £46,000 Benefits Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday A leading name in the Facilities Management sector is looking to recruit a reliable and Multiskilled Engineer to join their growing team. Operating across a portfolio of commercial properties, this role requires someone with solid technical experience and a flexible, proactive attitude. The ideal candidate will carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive tasks across multiple sites, ensuring systems and equipment are fully operational, compliant, and safe. The role will involve travel, fault diagnosis, hands-on repair work, and client interaction. Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical and/or mechanical maintenance tasks across a range of commercial buildings. Complete PPMs and respond to reactive callouts in a timely and professional manner. Inspect and maintain plant equipment including AHUs, pumps, lighting systems, and control panels. Maintain accurate job records using a PDA system. Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent service while representing the business across all client sites.Candidate Requirements NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline (or equivalent). 18th Edition preferred. Experience in a multi-site FM or mobile engineering role. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
