We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and experienced care staff who are looking for regular hours with the potential for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive service offering full training, uniforms, and a company car for daily use.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes
* Assist with daily living tasks including medication support, meal preparation, and mobility
* Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
* Maintain accurate care records
* Travel between service users’ homes within the local area
* Work collaboratively with the care team and management
Requirements
1. Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – desirable
2. Care Certificate – desirable
3. Previous experience in Domiciliary/Home Care – essential
4. Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement)
5. Valid UK driving licence – essential
6. Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Flexible to work evenings and weekends
