The RoleDue to ongoing growth we are currently recruiting a Finance Administrator to join our Cash Office team. You will assist with: all aspects of claims against insurance funding polices, including but not limited to:Checking the portal for new policiesMaintaining internal spreadsheetsSubmitting portal and paper claimsBilling approved claimsMonitoring level of claims against cover and reporting back to fee earners where increases may be neededChasing fee earners for payment of incurred disbursements.Closing down matters.Staff expenses.Ad hoc accounts related queries.WIP write offs/reallocations. You will ideally:Have previous accounts or administrative experienceBe hard working with good analytical and organisational skills to manage and prioritise a busy workloadHave excellent attention to detailBe comfortable working to deadlines and targetsHave the ability to deal with internal and external contacts at all levelsPossess excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products, such as Excel. This is a new role so there is likely to be scope to grow and take on new tasks, including legal cashiering, in the future.
