This role will suit a proactive engineer with strong CNC, process engineering and problem-solving capability, ideally gained within aerospace or automotive manufacturing. You will play a key role in improving flow, quality, cost and delivery while supporting production teams and driving robust engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Lead manufacturing engineering actions arising from daily operations meetings. Analyse process constraints and support value stream flow improvements. Create and maintain controlled manufacturing documentation including setup packs, SOPs, work instructions and stage drawings. Own Manufacturing Engineering deliverables within the NPDI gated process, including cost estimates, routings and customer approvals.
