Salary: £36,000 + Commission/Bonus
Overview:
We are partnering with a leading manufacturer and distributor of decorative and technical interior products to recruit an Area Sales Representative for the UK & Ireland. This is a field-based role, focused on business development and growing sales across multiple territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by attracting and retaining new clients while maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers.
Conduct field visits across your assigned territory, including:
Kent: Maidstone, Gillingham, Dartford, Chatham, Ashford, Rochester, Margate
Sussex: Chichester, Worthing, Crawley, Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, Shoreham-by-Sea, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Royal Tunbridge Wells
Surrey: Woking, Guildford, Walton-on-Thames, Camberley
Work with distributors, shops, wholesalers, contractors, and other channels to implement sales and distribution strategies.
Deliver professional product knowledge and support to clients, ensuring service excellence.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the ongoing development of the sales strategy in your area.Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales within interior design, building materials, or a technical B2B/B2C sales environment.
Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Driven, self-motivated, and confident working in a field-based sales environment.
Proficient in English (oral and written).
Full driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.What’s on Offer:
