Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be inquisitive and possess an attention to detail combined with an operational mindset. Your role will require you to work closely with the practice management teams and the COO, therefore a passion for problem solving and process improvement is needed.
Key Responsibilities
:
Operations
* Project & Agreement Setup:
* ConnectWise SME (Training can be provided)
* Refine & Document Operational Process:
* Time Sheet Submission & Approval:
* Associate administration
Resourcing / Project Coordination:
* Working with the practice management to ensure that staff are scheduled onto projects.
* Monitoring key dashboards and reports for staff utilisation
* Perform basic financial tasks on projects where a project manager has not been allocated.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience of working in a MSP or other technology consultancy is preferable although we will consider candidates with an operational background from other areas.
Ideally the successful candidate will have working knowledge of:
* Viewing Power BI reports and dashboards to view trends
* A practice management / MSP tool such as Kimball, ConnectWise or similar – training can be provided.
* Updating Excel template and performing basic Excel tasks.
You should have a track record of supporting business units and implementing change in a previous organisation.
