Industrial Disease/ PI Chartered Legal Executive

A top-tier Legal 100 firm is looking for a Chartered Legal Executive to join their Cardiff office for a maternity cover contract. You’ll work on a lively multitrack PI and industrial disease caseload, handling files from pre-action to settlement or trial, with client contact from day one.
What you’ll do:
* Manage and progress a variety of PI and industrial disease claims.
* Draft key documents, liaise with counsel and experts, and prepare trial-ready bundles.
* Attend hearings and support ADR/settlement negotiations.
* Supervise trainees/paralegals and contribute to team know-how.
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with at least 1 PQE.
* Experience managing your own claimant PI/industrial disease caseload.
* Multitrack PI experience desirable but industrial disease experience not essential.
