About The Role
Your main day-to-day duties will include:
* Manage and handle installers' invoices following compliance checks, along with any queries.
* Support customer service with ad-hoc duties as required.
* Review and process installers' early payment requests where applicable.
* Handle internal and external reporting queries through various communication channels.
