Successful candidates will bring strong communication skills to ensure positive outcomes for the individuals with whom we work. The role involves providing practical support and encouragement to individuals undertaking a programme of support

The successful candidate will have regular 1:1 sessions, observations of work practice and be involved in Team Meetings.

We offer a dedicated in-house Learning and Development Centre which actively supports carers at each level to maintain and further their skills.

Our Social Services Departments have benefitted from comprehensive and significant investment in recent years, and we have responded to this by strengthening preventative services which aims to add capacity to the frontline.

You will benefit from an improved career pathway and an employee reward package, which includes flexible working, Leisure for Life membership discount, and access to the Cycle to Work scheme.
