Overview
The Band 4 Team Coordinator would directly manage the administrative provision for the CAMHS service based in Leeds. The successful candidate should be enthusiastic and motivated in supporting both the multi-disciplinary team and the team of administrators.
Responsibilities
* Provide a high-quality administrative support service to the multi-disciplinary team (MDT).
* Line management experience and the ability to implement, direct, monitor, and review systems and processes.
* Support the provision of a professional, efficient and confidential administrative and secretarial service under the direction of the Team Leader, with support from the Admin/Support team as needed.
* Develop and maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective working relationships at all levels, internal and external to the Trust, including NHS and non-NHS organisations across the national health community.
* Work with the Team Leader and liaise with the OPS manager to ensure the developing demands of this role and the administrative team are met.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and accept direction from the Service Manager.
* Word processing skills to a high level and demonstrable knowledge of electronic systems (e.g., EPR systems such as Care Director or similar).
* A team player who can work in a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and has experience of line management; able to implement, direct, monitor, and review systems and processes.
* Ability to problem solve, negotiate and resolve issues as they arise, and flexibility to meet service requirements as part of a clinical service support team.
