The primary role of the Rework Technician is to carry out precision rework and repair of complex PCBA products to IPC standards. You will be part of a skilled team responsible for ensuring product quality and conformance through detailed inspection, fault diagnosis, and component-level rework. This includes working closely with production engineers to resolve issues and improve processes.
Responsibilities of the Rework Technician
1. Perform component-level rework and repair of SMT and through-hole assemblies
2. Validate and rework assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721 standards
