Job Summary:
The Senior Account Associate will focus on project management and client relationships, managing small to medium projects from start to finish, and gaining experience in managing others and delegating. You will be relied upon to make sensible decisions and work efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage your time, priorities, and deliverables across accounts, seeking guidance when needed, and highlighting project risks.
* Manage administrative tasks such as meeting invites, status reports, agendas, call notes, and timelines with minimal supervision.
* Monitor projects across your accounts, communicate updates, and suggest next steps.
* Manage projects ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and deadlines, coordinating internal and external resources.
* Delegate tasks effectively to junior team members for their development and project success.
* Understand client needs and preferences, and build relationships accordingly.
* Lead client calls and meetings, providing recommendations and advice.
* Enhance writing skills through research, drafting, and ensuring content accuracy.
* Proficiently manage assets through VVPM, including uploading, tagging, and managing assets through approval processes.
Team Management:
* Understand project objectives and communicate them effectively.
* Develop coaching, delegation, and briefing skills, and lead by example.
* Support financial processes like raising job codes, purchase orders, and managing Salesforce opportunities.
* Draft budgets and review timesheets and expenses.
* Engage with developments in medical communications, pharma industries, and client companies to enhance work quality and internal profile.
