Our team plays a key role in managing the vehicle journey — from initial cosmetic inspections and authorisations through to final quality checks — ensuring every vehicle meets the right standards and is ready for sale.
As part of our service delivery team, you'll help coordinate this process, ensuring that customer requirements are met with precision, care and a commitment to operational excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
* Understand the specific standards and requirements for each contract, and effectively communicate these to customers and team members.
* Build strong, positive working relationships with all team members to foster a professional and enjoyable environment.
* Monitor vehicle authorisation and upgrade timelines, ensuring any overdue items are escalated and pushed through the process promptly.
* Engage directly with customers, developing strong rapport and providing excellent service.
* Accurately and efficiently process vehicle estimates and upgrade requests.
* Respond to customer enquiries, including providing additional information such as images, to support correct and timely authorisations.
What You Will Need to Succeed
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
* Experience working within rigid regulations and procedures.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to learn and navigate in-house systems.
* Adaptability to evolving technologies and processes.
* Initiative and flexibility to react quickly and effectively to change.
* Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
