You are an Assistant Store Manager supporting the Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations and standing in during absences.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring highest standard of customer service.
* Achieving sales targets.
* Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
* Maximising sales through physical and digital channels.
* Supporting recruitment and development of volunteers.
* Achieving expectations within campaign activities.
* Working with the manager to generate stock.

* Experience in a customer‑facing role.
* Supervisory experience.
* Commercially driven to encourage new ideas.

* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards.
