About the Role: Oversee the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of all school buildings and grounds Act as the lead for Health and Safety compliance and statutory testing Manage capital works, refurbishments, and contractor relationships Lead and develop the site team, including maintenance, grounds, and cleaning staff Manage the facilities budget effectively to ensure value for money Coordinate logistics for school events, exhibitions, and external lettings The Ideal Candidate Will: Have proven experience in Facilities or Estate Management, ideally in education Hold relevant qualifications such as IWFM, NEBOSH, or IOSH Possess strong technical knowledge of building systems and compliance Demonstrate excellent leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Be committed to the safeguarding and welfare of students and the school community Why This Role?
