WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Collaborate with hiring teams to understand their global staffing requirements and formulate strategic recruitment plans.
* Source, engage, and recruit top-tier talent within the specific sector.
* Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hirers.
* Serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents, and global recruitment best practices.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
* Experience as a 360 Contract Recruiter, with a proven track record of success - ideally with a focus on contract and temporary roles
* Strong understanding of employment law and IR35.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
