About the role
During your apprenticeship within the Tannochside branch, you will be part of the wider team. Your main duties will include supporting the team with general administration tasks. You will listen, observe, and participate in a range of tasks to gain new skills and knowledge, contributing to the successful achievement of the apprenticeship program.
You are expected to maintain high standards of attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance both in the workplace and at college. You should ensure all work tasks and qualifications are completed on time as instructed by your line manager and college. Attend informal and formal meetings and training sessions to stay updated on business and job knowledge, communication, skills, and progression.
Accountabilities:
* Receiving inbound calls from customers/service users
* Sending and responding to email communication
* Logging and investigating repairs
* Completing assignments – apprenticeship (2 hours a day dedicated to working on assignments)
* Assignments will be customer service-based and related to your current work role where possible
Role Criteria:
* GCSE National 4 or above in both Math and English
* The ability to learn and develop thorough knowledge of skills, technology, and safety procedures required for the tasks
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to understand and interpret work instructions
* Ability to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships
* Hardworking
* Self-motivated
