Overview of the role

Due to continued growth, we are hiring aSolutions Specialisttoassistearly-stage strategic conversations with customers around the potential of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agents as part of a wider AI workforce.This is a junior role and would suit somebody keen to step up froma similar sales/ account management / sales enablement role.


What will you be doing?

* Lead strategic customer engagement to define AI workforce vision using Microsoft 365 Copilot, CopilotStudioand agent-based solutions.
* Translate business challenges into high-value AI opportunities spanning automation, Copilotadoptionand agentic use cases.
* Act as the senior strategic lead across discovery, planning and throughout delivery to ensure alignment to business outcomes.
* Partner with delivery teams and customers to drive adoption, capture insights, and continuously optimise AI solutions.
* Define,quantifyand communicate ROI, productivity gains and measurable business value using real engagement data.
* Lead pre-sales activities including workshops, executivebriefingsand events, while supporting pipeline growth and opportunity shaping.
* Build strong relationships with Microsoft and internal teams to align strategy, co-sell activity, and maximise customer value.
* Enable internal teams and customers through knowledge sharing, account mapping, and expansion into broader AI,automationand governance opportunities.

What are we looking for?

The right person for this role will be a confident, customer-facing professional with Microsoft 365 experience, strong presentation and demo skills, and a genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.


Key Skills & Experience:

* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, including core workloads and emerging Copilot capabilities.
* Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role within an IT reseller, MSP, or channel partner environment.
* Excellent presentation, publicspeakingand customer demo delivery skills, with confidence running workshops,briefingsand live product demonstrations.
* Ability to engage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Commercial awareness with experienceidentifyingopportunities and supporting solution positioning.
* Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a desire to develop knowledge in Copilot,automationand agent-based solutions.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to link business challenges to technology-led outcomes.
* Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside sales, pre-salesand delivery teams.


Practical stuff

Where is the role based? Primary location is our HQ in Pocklington (YO42) but this role can be remote in the UK with regular visits to the HQ and to customers.

How many interviews? Following a screen with the Recruitment Team you can expect a two-stage interview process, one online and one in-person.

As part of our recruitment process due to the nature of the work we do, all employees are required to undertake a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) check.
