Parts Advisor – Full Time & Permanent
Location: Corby (NN18)
Salary: £32,000 (No Bonus)
Hours: 45 hours per week
Schedule:
* Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
* Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team at their Corby dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organised, customer-focused, and confident working within a dealership parts department.

Key Responsibilities
* Handling customer parts enquiries both face‑to‑face and over the phone
* Identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts
* Processing orders, returns, and stock requests
* Liaising with workshop technicians to support repair and service work
* Managing stock levels and assisting with stock control processes
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Maintaining accurate records and following dealership procedures
