The Role

PMO Analyst
to play a key role in shaping and supporting our change management processes. In this dynamic role, you'll help define and uphold our project standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all initiatives.

You and your Team

As a PMO Analyst, you'll be joining an environment where your insights and attention to detail will help shape the way we manage and deliver change. Our team plays a pivotal role in defining and maintaining change management standards, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. From tracking performance metrics and supporting governance processes to championing best practices and continuous improvement, we're passionate about enabling success across the business.
As a Project Management Office Analyst, you will:
* Support the project manager adherence to the change management framework, processes and tools.
* Collation of status reporting across multiple projects and portfolios.
* Tracking and communication of project status and metrics, reporting on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritised view of all supported projects.
* Supports the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools.
* Acts as a reference point for PMO queries and information and an advocate for best practices in change management.
* Collation, management & presentation of governance submissions through defined governance framework.
* Undertake assurance review of key documents e.g. Project Status Reporting, Project Plans, Change Requests & similar.
* Maintain processes to ensure change management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete.
* Provide assistance to maintain and update the change management framework and disciplines necessary to support the PMO.
* Assist in managing enterprise level resource allocation, including adjustments based on emerging business or challenges.
What We're Looking For
* 2 years + experience gained within a PMO for a financial services/banking organisation
* Ability to work as part of a team and both take and receive views, as teamwork and sharing of issues is an absolute requirement.
* Ability to work under pressure, maintaining very high levels of attention to detail.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience of MS Project and Visio or similar would be beneficial
* Demonstrates a thoughtful and structured approach — able to assess situations carefully before taking action.
* Demonstrates strong communication skills with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, with an awareness of how messages are received and the ability to adapt style to ensure clarity and make a positive impact.
