Are you looking a PCN Prescribing Pharmacist looking for an exciting new opportunity? E16 Health are looking for a PCN Prescribing Pharmacist for 37.50 hours per week. Main Responsibilities: Key duties will include: Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and LTC advice. Delivering safe, clinical decisions and expert care as well as working collaboratively with all team members of a multi professional team and driving innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction. Ideal Candidate: Interested? What you will need to be considered: Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Independent prescribing qualification. Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in the prioritisation and decision-making aspects of the role. Previous general practice experience is desirable. Package Description: What we can offer you as a Prescribing Pharmacist: Annual salary of up to £52,000,00 depending on qualifications and experience. 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata. 1 weeks paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year as well as in house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
