Gastroco are seeking an experienced and guest focused Restaurant and Bar Manager to oversee operations at The George and Dragon Pub, Glazebury. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the bar and restaurant.
* Demonstrate proven food and beverage management experience.
* Lead, motivate and develop the team through clear communication and strong leadership.
* Be guest-orientated and service-minded at all times.
* Support regular team training, including daily briefings and ongoing skills development.
* Maintain a strong presence on the floor to ensure every customer experience is outstanding.
* Oversee bar staffing to ensure smooth operations while effectively managing labour to turnover.
* Work towards agreed KPIs and implement creative ideas to drive increased footfall and revenue
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
