Your duties will include: Quality Management Systems Food defence knowledge and adhering to processes Technical data trending Engaging with customers and suppliers Knowledge of the UK food industry will be needed and knowledge of HACCP, manufacturing procedures and standards. Exposure to BRC would be advantageous. Food Technology/Food Science or related degree is desirable. Confident communication skills are vital for this role in order to liaise with members of staff, customers and suppliers.
