What You’ll Be Doing:
* Partner with the Store Manager to launch and establish the store as a go-to destination for style and service.
* Drive sales performance and exceed targets through commercial thinking and hands-on leadership.
* Lead clienteling initiatives to connect with outlet shoppers and turn them into loyal customers.
* Use CRM insights to deliver personalised interactions and elevate the outlet experience.
* Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team from the ground up.
* Maintain operational excellence — from visual merchandising and stock control to compliance and store standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous leadership experience in luxury or premium retail (fashion, lifestyle, or accessories ideal).
* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop talent.
* Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building ability.
