Our client is opening a state-of-the-art, independent veterinary hospital in Rugby and is searching for a forward-thinking Veterinary Surgeon to join them at the very start of this exciting journey. Whether you already hold a postgraduate certificate, are currently working towards one, or are keen to begin – this is a unique chance to grow with a practice built on excellence, integrity, and innovation.

Who We’re Looking For:

* A Registered Veterinary Surgeon (RCVS) with a strong background in small animal practice
* A certificate holder, or someone actively working towards or ready to start one
* Confident managing both medical and surgical cases independently
* A great team player with the ability to mentor junior colleagues
* Someone excited by the opportunity to be part of something brand-new and to leave a lasting legacy in the profession

The Package:

* Salary up to £80,000 (FTE), depending on experience
* Relocation package potentially available
* Flexible working patterns - part-time, full-time, and bespoke rotas considered, with no out-of-hours for day roles
