Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with company schedules
* Complete all maintenance activities to a high professional and technical standard
* Produce accurate technical and activity reports in line with company procedures
* Use company systems proactively to ensure ongoing contractual and compliance adherence
* Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, management, and clients
* Provide first-line out-of-hours call‑out support for the site
* Escalate any major site issues or incidents to management promptly
* Assist management with quotations for additional or remedial works by providing accurate technical information
* Attend team meetings, briefings, and training sessions as required
* Submit accurate weekly timesheets on time
* Supervise subcontractors while on site, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
* Represent the company professionally at all times
* Comply fully with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation and company policies
* Handle, store, and use materials and equipment in line with health, safety, and environmental requirements
* Actively participate in health & safety processes, including risk assessments, audits, and incident reporting
* Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Contract Manager or line management
Essential Requirements
* Level 2 & Level 3 Electrical Qualifications
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* HVAP / LVAP Authorisation
