Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Special Educational Needs)
Hours: Full-time, part-time, and flexible day-to-day roles available
Location: Mansfield
Pay: £85 - £100 per day (depending on qualifications and experience)
Start Date: September 2025

Monarch Education is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Mansfield. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

Key Responsibilities:
Provide both academic and emotional support to pupils
Assist teachers during lessons, helping with materials and classroom management
Deliver focused support to pupils with SEN, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant, or relevant experience working with children
A caring and hands-on approach to supporting pupils
