We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our rapidly expanding 3PL Automation Warehouse in Corby

What you will be doing as Warehouse Operative
* Check and inspect incoming stock to ensure accuracy of quantity and product type.
* Carry out quality control checks on replenishment stock before entering it into the system.
* Process and separate orders in line with scheduled despatch days.
* Accurately record and report any stock discrepancies to the line manager.
* Support the onboarding of new warehouse colleagues by providing on-the-job training and guidance.
* Assist other warehouse departments to help meet overall customer contract requirements.
* Follow all safe working practices and health & safety instructions, including correct use of PPE.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment through 'clean as you go' standards and proper waste disposal.
* Immediately report all near misses and incidents to the management team.
* Attend all company meetings, toolbox talks and mandatory training sessions.
* Take part in departmental briefings and continuous improvement activities.
* Provide support to the management team as required.
Our Ideal Warehouse Operative
* Ability to efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
* Experience working in a 3Pl Automated Warehouse environment
* Strong attention to detail when checking goods and inspecting stock.
* Warehouse Management System (WMS): Proficient in updating and navigating warehouse management software.
* Skilled in safely handling pallets and trailers, using proper techniques.
* Ability to conduct physical stock checks and address discrepancies.
* Clear communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with the team.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
* Dependable and consistent in meeting deadlines and fulfilling tasks.
* Capable of resolving issues quickly, whether with stock discrepancies or system errors.
* A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
* Ability to perform manual tasks, such as lifting, loading, and moving goods.
* Proactive in identifying improvements or addressing issues without supervision.
* Positive Attitude and approaches work with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
* Customer Focused and dedicated to meeting customer service agreements and delivering high-quality results.
