Role Overview: As an Operations Manager, you’ll oversee property installations across cities, supporting network rollout. Leading internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure high-quality, Right First Time (RFT) installations with exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Salary and Benefits: Up to £60,000, car allowance, performance bonus, and benefits supporting your wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage performance of installation partners to meet RFT and service targets.
2. Ensure efficient internal resource allocation.
3. Lead field activities and resolve installation issues.
4. Conduct reviews for service incidents.
5. Report on performance and drive improvements.
