About the Role 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in legal or professional services. Confident in 360 recruitment with a consultative approach. A strong track record of delivery and relationship-building with clients and candidates. Commercially-minded and motivated to grow a niche. Someone who values fit, longevity, and making the right match. About You Take full ownership of our established legal desk. Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and firm culture. Match candidates on both technical skills and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief to placement. Stay ahead of market trends and help shape the desk’s direction.
