About Our Nursery
Harrogate Cornwall Road is an Ofsted-rated "Good" nursery with a capacity of 60 children. The facility features rooms grouped by developmental stage, a creative outdoor garden area, and convenient access to transport and parking.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
* Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care for a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience preferred (e.g., Nursery Room Leader/Manager or Practitioner).
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Passionate about fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.
