Are you a creative, commercially minded marketer who love bringing brands to life?
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to help power the success of a thriving FMCG business in the Blackpool area! The main purpose of this role will be to create brand awareness, drive customer engagement and develop the brand, through both offline and online marketing channels.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Take ownership of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok)
2. Work with the Marketing Manager to plan, create, and publish content that supports campaigns and achieves overall brand objectives
3. Explore creative opportunities for new and trending social media initiatives and reactive content
4. Work with external licensors and suppliers to collaborate on marketing campaigns and maximise sales and awareness opportunities
5. Manage sample allocation for support with influencer gifting/paid content strategies
6. Maintain awareness of competitor activity and market trends
7. Own company's brand assets including photography, video, copy and sales tools, ensuring material is up to date and distributed
8. Provide proof-reading, copy-editing and formatting assistance across all marketing tools
9. Manage the UK Showroom to update displays and products for support during customer meetings
10. Assist with the creation and development of seasonal catalogues
11. Coordinate, Plan and attend relevant Trade Fairs (local and international) representing the brand at these events
12. Support the delivery of the annual marketing strategy by preparing proposals and recommendations for review
Working Hours
13. Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
14. Potential for hybrid working following completion of probationary period

Ideal Skills and Experience
19. 1 years' experience in a similar Marketing role
20. Strong IT skills including excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
21. Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other design packages
22. Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media channels
23. Innovative, creative and passionate about bringing great brands to life
24. Confident communicator with strong relationship building skills
25. Excellent organisation and time management
