The Role
* Convert live mortgage clients into protection business
* No cold calling — daily referrals from advisers
* Typical earnings £1,000+ per policy
* Own your pipeline end-to-end

Earnings Potential
* Year 1: £30k–£50k
* Year 2: £80k–£120k
