IMH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Business Support Officer for our client based in Wakefield (WF16).
Key Duties:
* Provide general administrative support to the service.
* Produce documents using specialist word processing to required standards and deadlines.
* Arrange meetings and take minutes when required.
* Data entry and retrieval using service IT systems.
* Respond to non-routine enquiries and complaints, directing complex queries to the appropriate officer.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
* Order and manage supplies and services.
* Produce basic statistical and management reports.
* Process invoices.
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS (Adults) – essential.
* Pre-employment checks completed to allow an immediate start.
* A business Admin qualification is preferred.
* Proven experience providing responsive business support and meeting administration.
* Excellent keyboard and word processing skills.
* Good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office, Visio, Prezi, SAP and email systems.
* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity and Safeguarding legislation.
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to change.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or willingness to use a council vehicle) as travel is required for the role.
Pay:
* £13.26 per hour
* Weekly pay while working through the agency
Working Hours:
* Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
* Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
* Some flexibility with start and finish times may be available.
