We are highly regarded by ITT providers for the quality of training that we offer colleagues in the early stages of teacher training and development and we have a wealth of experienced colleagues who are able to support Early Career Teachers as they develop their craft. We fully support professional development for more experienced teachers and encourage national accreditations in subject, pastoral, teaching and senior leadership. We support and encourage teachers to develop skills in examination, as well as further professional study for Masters’ and Doctorate qualifications, and secondments to leadership teams. Members of the Senior Leadership Team are Local Leaders in Education and qualified coaches and the school also utilises external coaches to develop leadership expertise. Associate staff are equally supported to develop their professional practice, with industry ‘gold standard’ accreditations. We work hard, but the rewards are immense.
