Data Quality Improvement Manager

GBP 66,121 : GBP 69,601 per year plus Company car or car allowance
35 hours per week : Monday to Friday
This role sits in Data Management Team as part of Technology which is responsible for delivering Technology capability within Sanctuary Group to ensure employees have access to the systems they need to perform their duties. This role reports to the Head of Data Governance.

Leading initiatives to enhance the quality, integrity, and reliability of priority data across the Group

Co:chair the monthly Data Governance Forum, engaging with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Technical Specialists and business leaders to ensure alignment and accountability for data

Ensure data issues and risks are clearly articulated and escalated in accordance with Risk Matrix in a timely and efficient manner
:
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and IT Security to ensure data governance and data quality management supports broader governance and assurance frameworks across the Group

Proven experience of undertaking a similar role implementing Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives within a complex business

Role salary is GBP 54,197 with an additional policy allowance of GBP 11,923 per annum (rising to GBP 57,050 with an additional policy allowance of GBP 12,551 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
