As Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You will lead from the front, driving a positive culture and delivering strong operational and clinical outcomes.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Home Manager within a care home setting
* Open to clinical or non‑clinical background
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
* Track record of achieving good or outstanding inspection ratings
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and occupancy
