A leading defence organisation is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join an ambitious Future Combat Air Programme. The Role You will lead system-of-systems concepting activities, own key requirements, and drive architectural processes using Model Based Engineering tools. Partnering with design teams, you will define system concepts, trade-offs, and design principles, ensuring successful delivery within a fast-paced, agile environment. You will also manage junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve program goals.
