A long-established UK leisure and hospitality brand with venues across the UK. Their venues sit somewhere between pub, bar and social gaming space, bringing people together around classic competitive experiences, live sport and great hospitality.
But the business knows its time to evolve.
Marketing has historically been outsourced, systems are disconnected, and theres no single customer journey, tone of voice or CRM strategy pulling everything together.
Now theyre investing properly - building the foundations for the next phase of growth.

This is where you come in. What youll get up to:
This is a true greenfield marketing role. Youll be the person responsible for creating structure, strategy and personality across the entire customer experience - connecting systems, campaigns and communication into one clear voice. Youll report into a senior commercial leader and act as the key marketing link between leadership, operations and the board.
In your first few months, youll focus on:
Introducing the foundations of a modern CRM strategy and customer database management
Redesigning the membership and loyalty journey to drive repeat visits and reward guest behaviour
Refreshing brand communication - tone of voice, messaging and guest-facing campaigns
Improving digital presence including website performance, social media output and reputation management
Supporting operators with clear marketing tools, campaigns and in-venue merchandising
Longer term, youll shape the overall marketing roadmap - building campaigns, strengthening guest engagement and creating a clear brand identity across every venue.
Youll thrive if you are:
A hospitality or experiential marketing professional who understands guest behaviour and venue dynamics
Experienced in CRM strategy, customer databases and loyalty programmes
Comfortable building marketing structure from scratch - systems, tools, campaigns and processes
A confident communicator who can translate strategy into practical tools for site teams
Hands-on, curious and energised by the challenge of transforming a business in real time
