Executive Assistant to the Managing Director Role Overview As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) or Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will play a vital role in ensuring business goals are met efficiently. You will be the primary point of contact for the MD/SLT, providing tailored support and managing their schedules, communications, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage the MD's/Directors' calendars, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements. Screen correspondence and prioritise communications. Prepare reports, memos, and documents as needed. Coordinate special projects and board meetings, ensuring deadlines are met. Capture minutes and follow up on action items from meetings.
