What You Will Do
AsaSenior Principal Electronics Engineer, you will operate as a technical authorityguiding teams, maturing design capability and ensuring compliance is built in.You will:
1. Lead modular electronics transformation and platform strategy
2. Direct day-to-day technical delivery across global teams
3. Ensure full compliance to DO-254 / ARP-4754
4. Act as a specialist in requirements management & traceability
5. Influence system architecture from concept through certification
6. Translate safety & hazard analysis into robust technical requirements
7. Strengthen lifecycle discipline and engineering quality at scale

Qualifications We Prefer
15. Expert level communication skills, able to communicate at all levels of the organization (design team, customer, executive, etc.) and tailor communication for intended audience
16. Experience driving functional change through technical leadership
17. Expert domain knowledge of electronics design compliant with RTCA/DO-254 and ARP4754
18. Deep experience developing with the “V” model and requirements management
19. Extensive experience of detailed electronics design for aerospace applications
20. Proven experience across the full development life-cycle, from concept to certification
21. Experience managing globally distributed development teams
22. Experience with managing safety requirements, working with functional hazard assessments and decomposing them to design
