Full-Time Service Manager
Job Description
* Basic Salary £40,000 Depending on managerial experience
* Bonus £14,000 OTE
* Monday - Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm
* Every other Saturday morning - workload dependent
The Service Manager is responsible for the overall management of the service department. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing the team of technicians, and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department
* Manage the team of technicians
* Ensure that customers receive the highest level of service
* Develop and implement service policies and procedures
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of the service department
* Resolve customer complaints
* Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
* Continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service department
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in a main dealer as Workshop controller or Service Manager
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* A valid driver's license and clean driving record
