Key duties centre on:
1. Key involvement in the origination and execution of Corporate Finance transactions across multiple sectors
2. Key involvement in the preparation of presentations for clients and regular interaction with them
3. Playing an active role in the execution of mandates
4. Attendance at meetings
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
5. M&A experience accrued within a credible investment bank or boutique, potentially from a sector team, specialist M&A group or country team
6. Thorough financial analysis experience skills and ability to thinkmercially
7. Extensive experience in preparing presentation materials and advanced financial modelling skills
8. Oustanding academic credentials
9. Enjoy working in a team and possessing excellent written and spokenmunication skills
