An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Fine and Country as a Sales Consultant in our busy office based in Clitheroe.

The Role
As a client facing role in our busy Fine and Country sales office in Clitheroe, you will be responsible for promoting Fine and Country in order to generate an increase in revenue in relation to targets determined by your Line Manager whilst at all times maintaining an exceptional customer service experience.
The successful applicant will need to have outstanding communication and administration skills, along with a passion to help people move.
You will be an ambitious and outgoing individual with knowledge of the Ribble Valley area. You will be required to undertake viewings of properties as required. Therefore, a full driving licence and own vehicle insured for business purposes are essential.
General Duties
* To respond promptly to customer requests to book market appraisal and/or viewing appointments and to deal with their enquiries or requests to assist with their move.
* To build direct customer relationships to promote and book appointments for our services.
* Always maximise cross-selling opportunities by identifying and recommended related services to customers which will generate revenue & enhance the customer experience.
* To be responsible for accurately recording all information collated from telephone contact on the databases.
* Seek to maintain professional and friendly relationships with all Manning Stainton branches and departments.
* To ensure all calls are answered promptly and efficiently.
* Carry out market appraisals.
* Any other duties as required.
You will need

* Previous experience of working in estate agency or a customer service driven sales environment.
* A warm friendly personality and a willingness to learn new skills.
* An enthusiastic & high energy approach to work.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Good IT literacy.
